What types of vendors do you accept?

We accept food trucks, specialty food vendors, desserts and sweets, handmade goods, artisan products, retail and apparel, kid-focused activities, interactive experiences, and select nonprofits and community organizations depending on the festival theme.

What is the typical vendor fee?

Vendor fees vary by event size, space needs, and vendor type, but typically range from $75 to $300 or more per event. Full payment is required to secure a spot.

Do you provide tents or power?

Most vendors are expected to be fully self-contained with their own tent, tables, lighting, and power. Limited power access may be available at select events on a case-by-case basis.

Can I sell alcohol at your events?

Alcohol sales are handled by Nova Destinations. Vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol unless a separate written agreement is made and all legal requirements are met.

How do I apply to be a vendor?

All vendor requests must go through our online application on the vendor page. Once submitted, our team will review your business, follow up if there is a fit, and send event options and payment details to secure your spot.
