This December, The Property transforms into your own cozy holiday village. Fires crackling, drinks flowing, winkling lights, and just the right amount of festive chaos to make the season feel truly magical.
Every weekend is worth bundling up for – whether it’s a family night out, a holiday date, or a much-needed escape from the December rush.
Best part? The Night Lights are completely FREE this year! Come walk through the glow Thursday – Sunday, starting November 29th.
The main building is open whenever we are, but the Knocking Noggin Shed and Scallywag Shed will only be open Fridays & Saturdays.

Santa Returns to Nova Destinations!
The big guy is back for the holidays, making several stops across the property. Bring the kids, grab a drink, and get your photos in while he’s here.

Holly Jolly Trail
Our annual holiday tasting adventure returns—four locations, four themed drinks, and a self-guided stroll across the property. The pairings this year will be cookies. Warm cups, cool air, and Christmas lights and inflatables everywhere. Perfect for groups and families. Tickets are to ensure yours cookie pairings.
Christmas Kick-Off Event
We’re starting the season with a full holiday takeover across the property. Expect local vendors, fresh Christmas cookies, festive drink pairings, and the official opening of our Night Light Trail—complete with themed venues and over 60 inflatables. It’s the perfect way to jump into the December spirit, wander the property, and kick off the holidays at Nova.
Cookie Decorating with Santa
Join us at Nova Cellars on Thursday, December 11th from 6–8 PM for our annual cookie-decorating night—and Santa will be there too!
This class is designed for kids and families. We supply all the cookies, decorations, icing, and a little extra so you can take home a full box of your creations (or snack while you decorate).
Your ticket also includes your first drink—alcoholic for adults, non-alcoholic for kids. Space is limited and this event always fills up quickly, so grab your tickets early and get ready for a festive night with Santa.
Night Lights
Night Lights transform the entire property into a glowing holiday walk-through. Every venue lights up with its own movie-inspired Christmas theme, and the whole place is lined with over 60 giant themed inflatables that make the experience feel playful, colorful, and totally unique. You can wander at your own pace, grab drinks, enjoy the décor, and soak in the holiday atmosphere.
